We encourage masks to be worn by guests at Beer Garden, especially while moving around the venue to get beer samples or bites of food. Otherwise masks can be removed when drinking or eating in your group/pod, or congregating at patron tables and on open air patios. Thank you for helping us keep Beer Garden’s attendees, participants, staff, and volunteers safe.

We ask that our guests

  • Maintain social distance between individuals or individual parties in serving lines and in groups/pods around the venue
  • Use single serve cups for tasting during the event, if desired. BG’s official commemorative glasses will be distributed upon arrival at venue.
  • Reserve one of the stand up bar or seated tables upon entry, if desired.

Our staff and volunteers

  • Will wear a mask at all times and use gloves when necessary
  • Will submit to temperature checks prior to working the event
  • Will be trained and advised of COVID-19 protocols

Site protocols

  • Capacity is limited to 225 people per session
  • Individual brewery tables will be spaced 4- 6 feet apart
  • Tables will be sanitized between tasting sessions
  • Portable restrooms will be outside the venue

“Penny a pour” – What is this?
State law and ABC regulations do not allow Beer Garden to give “unlimited free samples.” The ticket price gets you admission to the tasting event. Once inside you will be charged $0.01 for each beer sample. We utilize the honor system so you can leave a quarter in one bucket and enjoy 25 samples

Do you sell a Designated Driver ticket?
Yes, $5 Designated Driver tickets are available for all sessions at the Beer Garden venue door ONLY. Designated Drivers are welcome to enjoy the assortment of snacks provided, non-alcoholic bevs, walk around the festival, or hang out in the Beer Garden. DD will also have to pay Festival admission at the gate.

Can I bring my dog into Beer Garden?
We love dogs! But because of the crowded venue and past dog issues/skirmishes/messes, please leave your 4 legged friends home if attending Beer Garden. Thank you.

Can I bring my child?
No children allowed this year.

Intoxicated Guests?
1) All guests of the Moss Rock Festival Beer Garden are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the festival. 2) Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event may be denied entry to the Beer Garden. 3) Any guest found intoxicated within the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by festival staff, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.

Smoking Policy?
The Beer Garden is a non-smoking event.

Please follow us here and on social media for the most up to date information, rules, and patron policies for the 2021 tasting event. Thank you.
