Will the festival have a VIRTUAL Marketplace component this year in addition to the public festival?

Not this year.

How will admission work in 2022?

Admission will operate as usual. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. Gates will be open starting at 10am each day.

Are there special student, military, or senior discounts?

Unfortunately, this year there are no discounted tickets.

What is your ticket refund policy / donation option? 

No refunds. We hope you’ll also consider making a donation to the non-profit festival! Your support will go a long way in helping sustain this beloved festival.

What is the parking plan?

Free, on site parking at the Hoover Met Complex.

Will there be a drop off point for visitors and handicapped patrons?

Visitor Drop offs & Pick-ups may be made adjacent to the Gate. Please be vigilant of festival attendees and staff. Thank you.

Handicapped spaces will be reserved close to the Gate, and marked. Visit Parking & Directions page for more info. Other handicapped parking is available in the Hoover Metropolitan Complex lots.

Will visitors be able to leave and return to the event?

Ticket Holders will be able to enter and exit at their leisure with festival armbands.

Will the festival, artists and exhibitors accept cash?

The Festival discourages the use of cash, but can accept.

Artists and Exhibitors are responsible for processing their own sales.

Will there be food, drinks, and other concessions?

Yes, a selection of food trucks and other concessions are being planned for the weekend. See the Cafe features.

The festival will be providing various coca cola products and water for sale.

Can you bring in outside food & drink?

Not allowed due to vendor concessions on site.

Will Beer Garden be happening this year?

Yes, we’ll be toasting Beer Garden’s 11th year at the Festival November 5&6, 2022. Click here for more info.

Are pets or kids allowed at Beer Garden? 

No one under 21 is admitted into Beer Garden. No pets. Thank you.

Will there be art workshops for children?

WonderKid Studios will be offering Art & Nature projects for children. Click here for a list of workshops.

Are pets allowed at the Hoover Met? 

Yes. Please be prepared to clean up after your pets, if needed. No pets in Beer Garden.

Will there be hikes in the Moss Rock Preserve?

Not at this time.
